At Pet Refuge, we take in many cats with medical needs- like Benny, who spent three days at Ocean State because of a gastrointestinal issue. And Batman, who has a heart condition and needed an echocardiogram at Ocean State with a specialist. Every year we spend tens of thousands of dollars on veterinary care (not including spay and neuter) to keep our cats healthy and to treat any medical issues that arise. Would you consider a one time or recurring donation to our Medical fund? Pet Refuge is not supported by town or state funds and relies on your generosity to provide care for these cats and kittens.
